Product Manager

Assesses the competencies of professionals who lead and direct projects, including people leadership, project delivery processes, and alignment with business environment needs across predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches.

Assesses business-focused knowledge of generative AI concepts and Google Cloud gen AI offerings, including selecting use cases, improving model output, and driving secure and responsible adoption across an organization.

Validates foundational understanding of AI, ML, and generative AI concepts and responsible use, including selecting appropriate AWS AI services for business use cases.

Assesses entry- and associate-level knowledge of project management fundamentals, predictive and adaptive approaches, and business analysis practices used by project team members across common project environments.

Assesses the ability to apply agile principles and practices across frameworks to lead teams, manage product work, and deliver value using iterative delivery, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Assesses competence in business analysis activities on projects, including needs assessment, planning, requirements analysis, traceability/monitoring, and evaluating solution outcomes against business needs.
